Renewal of registration
Renewal instructions
It is the guardians' responsibility and the students themselves to ensure that they renew their registration with the International Students and Admissions Office and make the payment of tuition fees on time. Guardians should also help students renew their study permits and visa to enter Canada (if necessary).
Important dates
- May 31 for renewal of registration for the following school year (September to June).
- May 30 for the renewal of registration for the 1st semester of the following school year (September to February).
- December 31 for the renewal of registration for the 2nd semester of the following school year (February to June).
The certificate signed by the parent or guardian during the initial application for admission to the participation agreement, its terms and conditions applies to the renewal form.
Late renewal fees may apply.
